Alan has always had the interest and fascination for electronics, and found himself involved with a variety of different technical projects. Over the years he became a very experienced technician with a wide variety of knowledge. He found that through out all the jobs and projects he had done, the best result was when he would repair someone's computer or phone. The reaction that the user had, when their device was once more working. He quickly realized that, there was no repair shops that were affordable for the repairs, forcing the user to end up disposing of it and purchasing a new one. Alan decided to provide an affordable option to the public and open up 3R TEK.
