Water Damage Instructions

• Step 1:
  Shake device in downward motion with charging port facing the floor. (This step will force the water that is inside the phone to be forced down to the opening) 

• Step 2:  

                   Use hair dryer at around 10 to 15 inches away from the device, on warm 

                   (Very important to keep temperature at warm. Make sure to keep the dryer     

                    head from standing on one spot at all times. 

• Step 3:
  Leave phone standing upright for 24 hours. (Allowing the water residue to trickle down to the opening and dry off the internal components) 

• Step 4:
  Bring device to 3R TEK and our technicians will take care of it from there.
